We want you to feel calm about trying Stoic Journal. That is why every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial — you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before that.
1. Free trial
Every new subscription includes a 14-day free trial with full access. A payment card is required to start the trial, and the first charge is made only when the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing northfacestudios@gmail.com. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the first charge, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund of that payment. To use this right, email us within 14 days of the charge from the email address on your account and we will refund it in full.
This right applies to the first payment. Renewal payments after that are not covered by the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals (see section 2).
4. Digital service delivery
The Service is a digital service delivered continuously during your subscription period. By subscribing, you confirm that you want the Service to begin immediately.
5. Refunds outside the withdrawal period
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a monthly or yearly subscription after the 14-day withdrawal period. If something goes wrong on our side (for example, the Service is unavailable for an extended period), contact us and we will find a fair solution.
6. How to request a refund
Email northfacestudios@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request". Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 14 days.
